Requirement:
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative functions.
Good understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle, and HR documentation.
Basic knowledge of training, labor laws, and HR compliance practices.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and confidentiality.
Professional, reliable, and able to work effectively with employees at all levels.
