* Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
* Minimum 10–15 years of experience in machine shop operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
* Strong knowledge of CNC Turning, CNC Milling, Conventional Machines, Tooling, GD&T, Welding, Materials, and Manufacturing Processes.
* Experience in ERP systems, production planning, and ISO 9001 quality systems.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.*
